Sinha, Dr. Rupam Sinha (PT) and Dr. Meghna Sharma (PT) in the year of 2009, now known as Physiomax Fitness Pvt. Ltd.

Assessment

After admission members undergo Body Composition Analysis, Physical measurement and Special Population Assessment. It is imortant for every individual to undergo a preliminary screening and assessment process with body composition analysis, to determine their realistic goals and to set up a fitness regime

Customized Exercise chart

Every individual is different. We at Physiomax ensure that each member gets an exercise plan in accordance with their fitness level, their goal and sometimes also their preference. This tailored plan is then again updated and upgraded as the member reaches a higher fitness level with continuous guidance, support and motivation.

Customized Diet Guidance

A diet fitting a member’s schedule, palate and need is sugvigested. The key is to know what to eat and what not to eat. After BMR calculation of each member, they are suggested a diet they can follow to reach the goal fast and also how to embrace lifestyle modifications in order to maintain the desired result and thus not bounce back to the starting point.

Re-Assessment

Every member goes through the process of re assessment after a suggested time period to check for progress and areas of improvement which might have a role in limiting desired results. A reassessment helps a member to re evaluate and motivate oneself and also assists a trainer to tailor the next level of fitness/exercise plan.

Fitness Programs

Our fitness programs are well screened , custom made and safe designed to assist the member to stay motivated, interested and adhered to their fitness goals. After initial screening a client undergoes assessment for their current fitness level, on the basis of which a diet suggestion and an exercise chart generated for a stipulated period. On the successful completion of this program a step higher is then attempted after a detailed reassessment is done to check for progress.

General Fitness training

Physical activity is necessary not only to build a sculpted body or to shed kilos, but one reason we all tend to ignore is General fitness! Even if an individual has normal weight according to his/her height, the body composition may not be entirely favorable. Body composition analysis available at our centre shows body muscle/ fat/ water percentage along with many other variables which helps us guide an individual towards a healthier and fitter oneself.

Fat loss Training

It is extremely important to follow right exercise and diet regimes so as to lose fat and minimize muscle loss during the process. Here we would like to emphasize the importance of weight training for both men and women and also to break the myth that weight training leads to undesirable hypertrophy in females. We wish it was that easy !!

Weight Gain Training

Similar to Weight loss training, it is also important to note that during a Weight gain program, an individual is gaining a healthy percentage of muscle instead of fat. Here correct nutritional guidance along with proper exercise prescription will help achieve the desired result.

Diet consultation

An exercise plan may get nullified and results may not be achieved if an individual is not guided with a balanced nutritional program. A diet plan and an exercise plan go hand in hand and work on very simple facts. Its just a matter of a perfect combination of you and our trained professionals .

Personal training services

We provide one to one training also known as personal training where a trainer works with dedication along with you to help achieve your goal in the shortest and best way possible all the while guiding you with bits for permanent lifestyle modifications to sustain your desired result for life. Separate PT booklets and assessments are maintained for maximum impact.

Health & Fitness Consultation

An unfortunate injury, illness or any medical procedure may sometimes come in the way of your fitness goals. At times like these what one needs is a trained rehabilitation expert who can guide you safely towards a better and stronger you. We have our own Rehabilitation experts who are available on appointment basis and provides free consultation for our members.

More than 12 years of experience in sports injury management, pain management, exercise & nutrition. Worked & trained in various institutes including Government hospital, NIMHANS, GMRR, Rugby & Football teams. Also have 7 years of teaching experience in fitness field (NIFS), organized 100s’ of events & workshops all over India viz. FITMEET, BodyPower Regional, Nesta Functional Training, EKFA- kettlebell sports, CPR & AED, IHFA- workshops, MMA-Taponomics events, Zumba events, Medifit biologicals workshops etc.

Experience

Specialized in Musculoskeletal disorder, a first-class graduate from KIPT under RGUHS Bangalore (2006) and also holds a first-class master’s degree (scholarship) from DIBNS Dehradun (2008). She entered into wellness Industry with VLCC Guwahati. She started her journey in fitness industry as a co-founder of PHYSIOMAX in the year 2009.
